DoerDo is an AI-powered education platform that provides personalized tutoring, assessments, progress tracking, live classes, and learning tools. Our Service includes web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and all related content and functionality.

**Age Requirements**: Users must be 13 years or older to create an account without parental consent. Users under 13 may use the Service with verified parental consent through a parent/guardian account. **Account Security**: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. **Accuracy**: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

You agree to use the Service only for educational purposes. You may NOT: - Use the Service for cheating on exams or academic dishonesty - Harass, abuse, or harm other users - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service - Use automated tools to scrape content or overload our systems - Share your account credentials with others - Use the Service for commercial purposes without written consent - Upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

DoerDo's AI tutor is designed for educational guidance. Important disclaimers: - AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may occasionally be inaccurate - The AI tutor is not a substitute for professional tutoring or certified teachers - Students should verify critical information independently, especially for exams - We continuously improve our AI models for accuracy and educational quality - Voice chat conversations are processed in real-time and may have transcription variations

**DoerDo Content**: All content on the platform — including curriculum materials, assessments, AI-generated responses, user interface design, and branding — is owned by DoerDo or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. **User Content**: You retain ownership of content you create (notes, uploaded files). By using the Service, you grant DoerDo a limited license to process and store your content for providing the Service. **Educational Use**: You may use platform content for personal educational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

**Free Tier**: DoerDo offers a free tier with limited features. The free tier is available indefinitely. **Premium Subscriptions**: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment partner (Chargebee). Prices are displayed in your local currency. **Refund Policy**: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new premium subscriptions. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. **Price Changes**: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes to your subscription. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

**By You**: You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@doerdo.com. **By DoerDo**: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or compromise platform integrity. **Data Retention**: After account termination, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for account recovery. After 30 days, your personal data is permanently deleted. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for improving our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoerDo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
